To provide you with excellent service through our accounting solutions, maintaining your books requires a dual effort from both our Accounting Firm and your participation in providing necessary documents and verifications in a timely manner each month. Without complete statements and verifications, financials cannot be produced. This necessitates that you provide us with the information we need.
We will obtain any documents that can be automatically downloaded into QuickBooks as part of our QuickBooks management services. However, you are required to provide us with all other monthly statements unless specific permission is granted for us to obtain them from your banking institution on your behalf.
